The band formed in March 2005. Founding members Matthew Ireland (Bass) and Andrew Walker (then rhythm guitar) found a lead guitarist in Matthew Fearnley. The band sought a drummer in the form of Ross Mason, however due to commitment problems Mason parted ways amicably with the band.
